Maja began playing the piano by ear at the tender age of 5 years, a passion that led her to study piano, singing and composition. Strongly influenced by the imagery and symbolism of Debussy and Maurice Ohana, the minimalism of Steve Reich and John Adams and Arvo Pärt to meditation or John Taverner, Maja also get caught up in the jazz (Miles Davis, Zawinul, Keith Jarrett and Bill Evans).

His voice is inspired by traditional Irish and Arabic music and his concert will certainly be a delightful recital of piano and voice.
